We ordered an array of fish for a New Year’s Eve dinner and specifically selected delivery for the 29th Dec so that it was fresh for the meal. It arrived a week early so we had to freeze everything. We spoke to the company and they offered £25 credit. Not really what we wanted as we didn’t want to buy anything more from the company and postage is £10 but we accepted. We then realised an item was missing on New Year’s Eve, leading to a panicked drive around the shops. We attempted to contact the company multiple times over Xmas and no one answered the phone. Finally received a response and was offered £10 more credit. Again absolutely not what we wanted. After persevering £10 was refunded. I would advise people to ignore the ‘money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied’ as this is absolutely not the case. Offering credit just means we have to put more money into a company we have no desire to use again. Very disappointed!

It's also such a shame and incredibly disappointing that an item was missing from your box.
