Customer service is fantastic, super helpful and friendly. I have purchased multiple sets so far for shoes so my friends and family can also benefit from the icy walks in winter.

I installed a set of grip studs in a pair of Simms G3s for a week-long trip to a cobblestone riverbed in B.C. The grip studs provided an excellent grip while on the river. All of the studs remained in place as they should. I recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE Grip Studs! I have Simms Freestone wading boots so I ordered the 3000A studs. I ordered two packs and put 21 studs in each boot. I have never felt as stable and secure as I do with these boots and studs. I am a very aggressive wader. I tend to cover a lot of ground and move at a fast pace (sometimes too fast). I also tend to wade through fast water at times. If you have experience wading rivers, you know, inevitably, there will be times where you just have to make a step and pray your foot lands in a good spot or sticks wherever you put it down at. With Grip Studs, those steps feel so much less sketchy and my feet stick wherever I put them more often - even on slick, mossy rocks. Can't rave enough about Grip Studs! If you've never used them or have used everything else under the sun and haven't quite been satisfied, get a pair. I promise you won't regret it!

Amazing! Recently purchased a new pair of big name brand, pro wading boots with rubber lug soles. As a felt sole w/carbide stud guy who fishes slimy, rocky fast moving rivers often I was somewhat skepticle of rubber soled boots. The sales guy assured me that the "newer" style rubber boots offered great traction and I purchased carbide studs (same brand as the boots) to go along with them. After methodically installing the studs with the provided tool they looked promising. However, after a trip to a smaller local stream with light algae covered rocks I was in shock at just how terrible they were. My heart sank in my chest after just dropping $335 bucks on new boots and studs!!! Even with a wading staff it was difficult to safely manuever or comfortably stand in one spot while casting. I resigned myself to removing the studs, grinding the rubber soles flat on my shop sander and gluing a new set of aftermarket felt soles w/studs onto them. Before I did that, I searched the web believing I cant be the only guy in this dilema. The search came up with a few solutions and the Grip Stud website was one of them. After looking at the site and making a phone call, Brian was quite helpful in assisting me to select the proper size set of Grip Studs that he assured me would solve my problem. I ordered the Grip Stud model he suggested with their tool along with the adhesive he recommended for a re-install. Again, methodically followed his instructions to install the new studs. Just a few days ago I put the Grip Studs to the "acid test" in a local fast moving river that has some of the most slippery algae cover rocks to be found in my area. To my amazement the new Grip Studs offered incredible, slip free traction to the point of even feeling secure without using my wading staff. Honestly, the solution to my problem without having to resort to grinding and re-soling. Brian thank you for your assistance, honesty, and a great product. One word of advice to others looking for wading shoe studs, look no further than Grip Studs!

I purchased 2 sets of the 3000A for my Orvis PRO BOA and Orvis PIVOT boots. No issues with the PRO BOA however not sure about the PIVOT boots. They have a combination of recessed holes and pads. The stud distorted the recessed hole and was unable to install the rear heel stud. They also don’t appear to be as far in as the PRO BOA. Will follow up after using both pairs of boots

Upon ordering my Grip studs I received them pretty quick. I watched a video of Bill Wetzel installing them in his.Wading boots 🥾. So I thought I would give them a try. They work awesome I don’t fish Montauk as much as him but damn they work good.

These work very well. Easy to install. I used to use regular tire studs that had to be predrilled for the stud. took 4 hours to install. Did 4 tire with Grip Studs in just over 1 hour. Bryan followed up on my order and even offered to talk with the post office on the tracking as the post office did not show them recieved but the tracking number did. Great to work with people that care.

I used your ice studs on my ice + saucony trail shoes, and had much improved confidence running on ice/snow trails up here in northeast Pa. Very easy to install, great add-on!

The studs work extremely well on my wading boots for my guiding. They have also helped my hunting boots grip better

I ordered some Grip Studs based on a recomendation but damn!, they expensive. So I also ordered some imitations from ebay. The grip studs arrived first and quality is obvious. When the imitations arrived it was clear that this is another example of you get what you pay for. I have returned the cheap imitations and will bite the bullet and order more Grip Studs.

Ordering process was simple, install was relatively simple, got them in and realized after install (by a friend who had convicned me to buy) that I ordered the wrong rear studs. Should have gotten the longer / more aggressive studs and I realized when I put them to the test in the snow / ice last week. They work - just not as good as the more agreesive studs. I missed that part on your description. SIde Note: would be nice if you could purchase in packs of 50 vs 100 min. Every knob needs a stud!

The company and its products are great! One thing that I would like Grip Studs to change is the necessity of purchasing an installation tool with the Grip Studs. I have purchased hundreds of Grip Studs over the years as I have installed them on the shoes of many friends and family members, and I have plenty of the installation tools already!
