About grow urban:

We are a friendly plant shop and garden store with two shops in Edinburgh and a delivery area that reaches most homes in the UK.

Our business was formed in April 2019 and our team of Plant Gurus are here to help offer advice and friendly customer service to Plant Lovers far and wide. We specialise in indoor plants but also offer a selection of outdoor plants and tools for the urban gardener.

If you're lucky enough to live close to one of our shops or will be visiting Edinburgh, you can also sit amongst the plants enjoying coffee and cake - yep, there's cafes in both of our shops! “What an amazing business! I found grow urban online as I wanted to order some houseplants and pots from a Scottish company as we reside in the Highlands. Originally I was not able to get a delivery to our address as they use DPD which did not cover our area. I had email exchanges with the lovely Rachel and Sophie and they were able to sort it for me. Absolutely brilliant customer service from the beginning to end. The first lot of plants and pots arrived, stunning! I placed a second order which is due tomorrow. Having ordered house plants from other big online companies, grow urban really knows what they are doing. The quality of their plants and pots (some from Danish company Berg Potters) are exceptional. Thank you again and I will return and recommend!”

“Love the quick delivery, reasonable prices, and gorgeous house plants purchased. The plants and pots were dirty and had moss from being in the shop. Would recommend they are dusted before delivery to the customer. Overall, highly recommend grow urban and supporting this local business grow (get it!😁).”

We endeavor to clean all pots that go out for delivery, but will certainly be more meticulous going forward. Please note that the 'Cyclamen in Aged Patio Terracotta' in your order comes with a terracotta pot that is designed by the supplier to look weathered with moss on the outside. We appreciate that this is not to everyones taste. Thank you so much for choosing to support a small business and for recommending us to others!
