About grow urban:

We are a friendly plant shop and garden store with two shops in Edinburgh and a delivery area that reaches most homes in the UK.

Our business was formed in April 2019 and our team of Plant Gurus are here to help offer advice and friendly customer service to Plant Lovers far and wide. We specialise in indoor plants but also offer a selection of outdoor plants and tools for the urban gardener.

If you're lucky enough to live close to one of our shops or will be visiting Edinburgh, you can also sit amongst the plants enjoying coffee and cake - yep, there's cafes in both of our shops! “I ordered two mini phalaenopsis, a calathea 'White Fusion', a peperomia 'Hope' and an Asplenium 'Crispy Wave' . They are very well packaged and arrived very soon after the ordered is placed, and in very good condition, considering that they are mailed in the post. Reason that I didn't give 5 stars because both phalaenopsis plants came with terminal spikes, which means the orchids will not grow anymore new leaves and will die when they used up all their energy in a couple of years. I will not pick these plants with terminal spikes if I were to shop in person and pick them myself. Hence taking off two stars.”

“My girlfriend bought some plants recently as a gift they were so nicely presented and great quality. Not too long after a friend's father passed away and grow urban was the first place we thought of, 2nd time also beautifully done and was loved by the friend. Overall great selection of interesting plants, impressed with the quality, nice touch being able to easily pair a pot as well. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything.”
