“The product was good but the communication was poor. Took time out from work for the install and they showed up 3.5 hrs later with no call. And they didn't get everything for the install so had to come back the next day but contract started the first day even though the job wasn't complete. Tried to set up a De-install but they couldn't schedule for 5 days later so had to pay for extra days. They said they couldn't schedule a pick up that soon and I would have to pay even though it was no longer needed. But they forgot to remove 2 rooms at the De-install and had to make arrangements to be there for a second pick up. But when I notified them to De-install 2 rooms they forgot, they were able to set up a pick up for the next day but they couldn't do that at the original request and had to pay for the extra days. Didn't need the extra stress with this in trying to sell a house and move out”

“hello Guesthouse, let me start by saying that you are truly a valued partner in our listing experience. We appreciate the professionalism that you bring to the table, stylistically your staging materials elevate value, and you do your very best to meet client needs. All of this is hugely appreciated. Our remaining challenge relates to scale of the space/furniture vis-à-vis the mood board. It is tricky to expect the client to know how furniture is going to fill a space/approve a mood board when the client is not provided with room or furniture dimensions. It would be an increase in efficiency to put the room dimensions and furniture dimensions into software, so that the designers and consumers can efficiently evaluate if the staging material will adequately fill the spaces/perform the job that the seller needs the furniture to accomplish. If this scale question were solved, it would be a five star experience. Thanks for growing a cool company. We enjoy working with you.”
