“I was never provided any shipping details. I haven't received the product and had to spend days emailing and calling to finally talk to someone who said I'd be sent shipping information tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. This company is awful.”

“i worked under felix for the past 4 months. my wages have not been paid, i have been given false promises on when my payment will be made. and these false promises are made constantly. there is no consideration or respect towards peers in hair dye color and working here has really taken an effect on my mental health. other members of staff have experienced the same issues of not being paid on time. i want to warn those who are thinking of joining the company as now i have had no wages for nearly 2 months!!”

“Working under Felix, I faced consistent issues with unpaid wages and was met with a series of empty promises. The lack of professional integrity displayed and the clear disregard for employee well-being has been both disheartening and frustrating. It's vital for any professional to be in an environment where their contributions are valued, and they are treated with respect. Based on my personal experience, T20 services Ltd, and specifically Felix, falls short of providing wages. For anyone considering joining the team at T20 services Ltd, please be cautious and ensure you have safeguards in place to protect your rights and well-being.”

“Hello, I have placed my order on the 11th of August of 2022. As of today, 1st of September,2022 still have not received it although is paid for. I only had one reply to my inquire, telling me that will be looked into it and no other updates. I really need to know what is going on with my order or if I am getting my money back.”
