“I sought out this clinic's services after being diagnosed with both PCOS and Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and finding a lot of unscientific dietary advice online about both conditions. I spoke to Charlotte briefly and she recommended I work with their registered dietician, Georgina. From the thorough intake form and our initial consultation, she picked up I had some GI symptoms indicating a likely food intolerance so I have been trying the low FODMAP diet under her guidance and my symptoms have really improved. She's been very helpful, sending lots of guidance and meal ideas and providing advice over email. She has been available for follow up consultations and has recommended blood tests and written to my GP. I would happily recommend Gina and the Health Nutritionist generally - a very easy way to speak to a qualified nutrition professional.”
