“Purchased a very tiny pair of wire cutters for my jewellery making. They are excellent. The company were very good too letting me know when stock was due in to be able to arrange delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had to call you a month after the order date to find out where my items were. Another 3 weeks on and have only received part of the order No updates no communication”

Hi James We can only apologise for this and the perceived lack of communication on our order. Some of the lines you ordered weren't in stock with us and so we had to order in from Bosch. The items were then dispatched to you a few days later and I believe you received the majority of your order. Bosch are telling us that they sent some of your order directly to you but clearly you state they haven't. We are taking this issue up with Bosch to ensure you get the resolution you require.

“The item was an excellent choice. It was very competityively priced and the service was fantastic. The item was carefully packaged to arrive in undamaged condition. I was pleased by the quick delivery. It was the best lighting assistance I have ever used for my flytying. It mounts to the edge of the table and reaches right across to my vise on the opposite side. It is very very good and the Daylight colour balanced lighting that the LED's emit is extremely helpful for creating correct imitations of the insects on the water.”
