“Appalling, light arrived damaged. Have emailed twice with no reply. Opened case via PayPal and still no reply! Would not use this company again.”

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you faced with the damaged light and the delays in our response, however we can find no trace of an email from you, for us to respond to, which is why you never received a reply. We pride ourselves on providing the best in customer service and product, and can only apologise to you for receiving a lamp that wasn't up to scratch. We have also informed Daylight that their lamp didn't reach you in perfect condition and refunded your payment.
