Hi, Sorry to hear that you have a grievance towards our staff and service. We would like to point out, however, that you threatened us with being reported to consumer rights for false reasons, called our staff "liars" and created a PayPal Case claiming we wouldn't let you return your order even though we had provided the Returns details several times. You then ou claimed it was faulty and wouldn't send it back unless returns were paid for. PayPal informed you to send the item back at your own cost - which you did, thank you very much - and when we received it back there were no streaks on the item as you told our staff via telephone or email. The issue was resolved by way of a full refund - including postage charges - to yourself. Thanks Ash

“I give 3 stars only because it was very poor packed. As it was trown in a plastic bag and posted. No cardboard to hold it nice in place, no separate bag from the post bag, nothing. Just trown in the post bag and posted.”

Hi Oana, I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with how we packaged your order up. We keep extra packaging to a minimum on our orders for cost, recycling and environmental purposes. However, I will pass your feedback on so this can be looked into for future orders. Thanks Ash
