“They told me my product has been delivered by the post office on the 24th of April. It was not and after several emails I still do not have my product!! After 2 weeks it had still not been delivered! They sent me out another order which arrived the next day. Post office delivered the first one 3 weeks later!! Not the companies fault but PO are not the best at deliviering so perhaps should not be used!!”

Hello Philip, I am so sorry that your parcel was severely delayed in the post. I have investigated this and I can see that your order was shipped on the 23rd April. Our team sent a replacement to you but I can see from the tracking that your original order arrived on the 13th May. We have had a number of issues with Royal Mail recently, however this is one of the most extreme cases I have seen. I cannot see an update on the tracking for the replacement order that we sent and so you may now have two packages which is fine. Please keep with our compliments, I am very sorry that the postal service has let you down and thank you for your order and your review.

“This is my secret online shop. Every so often I have a browse, buy a good few things and spend peanuts. I LOVE it, it’s such fun to see what turns up, I’ve had some excellent bargains. Not only that, I once had something unsuitable and a real person dealt with my return very promptly. Love it!”

“The service is great, very quick delivery but this is the 2nd time I have ordered a lipstick which is not the same colour as shown on the website. The first one looked to be lilac and is quite a deep purple, the second definitely looked to be light purple but it is more pink. I think the photography must be wrong but it's misleading. I already have lipsticks in these colours but it wasn't worth returning them.”

“I purchased (3 items) of Lancome make up were all the same, as this is a brand that I purchase, quite frequently... But I'm a little disappointed as the make up I purchased, did not have the application brush, that I already have with a previous purchase, of the same Lancome make up. Also the make up tube, within the make up, is loose (on all 3), so I can only think, this is a design fault from Lancome... On the whole I'm very pleased with High St. Brands 4 Less”
