Hi Kirsty, Thank you for your order with us and your feedback. I am very sorry for any confusion. I have checked your order and the order came in to us for only 1 item and not 2 which is what we sent. Our team here will have processed the order as it came in to them and so I am not really sure what has happened. I am sorry for any confusion. I have emailed you with a copy of the invoice showing that only one was ordered and charged for as I was unable to reach you on the telephone. Once again, thank you for your order with us.

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the product. The manufacturer (Max Factor) has stated in it's marketing that the product will last up to 24 hours which is the manufacturers claim and not ours and written on the product packaging. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the item. We will be happy for you to return the item for a full refund. Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Never got my make up from my last order and I had ordered from them a few times before and never had a problem??? Was very disappointed they told me since they no longer ship the USA packages we’re getting lost?? Maybe it was never shipped??

Hello Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive your product. You have been refunded in full for your order and please accept our apologies. We had a number of shipments that did not reach the USA following the introduction of the new tarrifs. Whilst we sent them out, some were not delivered and we did not have them returned to us either. We regrettably had to make the decision to pause shipping to the USA. I investigated your parcel which was sent on the day that you ordered it, although I'm afraid it was not delivered. We did not receive your parcel back either. I am very sorry as you have been a valued customer of ours for over a year now. I can confirm that your refund has been processed and please accept our apologies. We hope to restart shipping to the USA again soon.

Never again will I place an order on this site; the delivery time from England to Denmark is more than a month 😱

Hello Dorothy, I am extremely sorry that you have not received your order. To resolve the probem, I have refunded you in full for your order. As you are based in the US, your parcel was held at customs due to non-payment of tarriffs. You will have received an email from the courier company explaining that customs duties were due. As these were not paid, the parcel has become stuck in customs. We have therefore refunded you for your order and will ask the courier company to return your parcel. Your order has been fully refunded.

Hello Teresita, I am extremely sorry that you have not received your parcel. I have looked at the tracking for your parcel and can see that delivery was attempted on the 18th December but there was no one to accept the parcel. The parcel was therefore returned to the your local post office. The courier company has stated that a message was left with instructions as to where to collect the parcel ( I am not sure if you received this?). As the parcel was not collected, it is now in the process of being returned to us although we have not received it back yet. To resolve the problem, I have processed a full refund for you and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
