I complained and they havent bothered responding after 4 months. Gave a while as they said the boss had covid but nothing. Couldnt care less that they endangered me and my family.”

I decided to try this service on the recommendation of a colleague.
Naturally I ordered new tires again and I paid for tire adjustment AGAIN.
Everything was fine until I noticed that they were AGAIN worn on one side only.
This time it happened a few months later, compared to my previous case, but apparently the problem was not fixed again and I went to ask them why, although I explained to them that I had been lied to by the previous service and asked them this time to adjust properly. ... I still pay for it.
Unfortunately, the boy who accepted my car was no longer working there and I explained the situation to another compiler.
I was shocked when HE told me that this was normal because of the asphalt in the city and because apparently their equipment is a bit outdated and I can't make the adjustment to the millimeter.
For which I needed to visit someone at a larger service station where they had better equipment and computers with which they will make the correct adjustment.
I just didn't know what to say at that moment .. an employee of a service to explain to a customer that their equipment is not good !!!!!
I WAS SHOCKED!
Why then do they take money from their clients when they cannot make correct regulation ??
Why do they even offer this service when they can't do it at all?
Unfortunately I forgot to ask for the name of the employee and take pictures again of the problem.
