“I am surprised by the feedback this company is getting. I bought a Golf in July 2019. Got a new MOT with damaged windscreen, horn not working, both should have been MOT failures. No service logbook, 4 years service records given in crispy A4 sheets without any authentication. Fake documents. When driving big noise coming from the gearbox.Refused to take the car back but quick to get the windscreen changed before I reported to MOT. I am still driving with a big noise. This car must have either met with an accident or had a major repair, which he refused to disclose. No under-body panels, front grill part broken, luggage compartment cover missing. Paid £90 to trace and fix the horn as the wire was missing, which indicated that the car must have had some repairs. Clearly, it was not a well-maintained car as advertised. He is a very nice guy until you sign the finance contract.”

I was dealt by a gentlemen Eddie who was honest and answered all my questions, Best part was he managed to bring my monthly cost down which was a bonus :-).
