“This is the first time I have used Hollands, and have to say I am very pleased with the experience! The site contains a wide range of good quality items at a range of prices, which in my opinion, cover most people's budgets. I took advantage of the may bank holiday offers and bagged myself a bargain. I will certainly be using Hollands again.”

“I've bought several items from Hollands over the last few months and haven't been disappointed with any of them. Either in service or quality of the goods. With their service and pricing they're my first port of call when looking for new kit.”

“I have now made several purchases from Hollands but last time I ordered the wrong size by mistake. The service to get a rt the correct size was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, shame the Royal Mail delivery was not to the same standard.”

“Great response service but really bad delivery times. Bought an item and it was 5 to 7 days dispatch time and then delivery time on top. Returned it for another size which took several days then another 5 to 7 days for dispatch and then delivery time again. If you don’t mind waiting 2 weeks for an order would recommend if not would not recommend.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you haven't been happy with our delivery times. All of our products have individual dispatch times listed on the products which correlated with our incoming stock flow. These times are listed on the item listing, at the checkout and mirrored in your confirmation email. The express delivery will follow the dispatch of your products, selecting the express unfortunately does not remove the dispatch time as it is an individual time frame. I have had a look at your order and can see it was dispatched and delivered on time as per the timings advertised, and our team also refunded the additional cost you paid for the express as a gesture of goodwill.
