“Horrendous! 17 days ago I made my order and still nothing. Awful customer service. I have asked to cancel my order and requested a refund and I have been ignored for 3 days. I have ordered from another customer and they came with 2-3 days just as the shipping said. I will never order from this company again”

We try to keep our response time within 48 hours at the max over the Christmas period. “Ordered a week or so before Christmas but some of the items said would be dispatched next day others said 2-4 working days - sadly didnt get dispatched until I chased them which was after Christmas - other than that items were good - just a shame I had to show the email to my partner as a look what your getting which didnt have the same Wow factor ( appreciate I should have planned better ) ! Tried ringing them up just went to VM - think they replied by email in the end”

“Hollands have been so helpful. I have found a comfy pair of wellies which have not split, so far. I ordered a pair for my husband but they were too small but I was able to send them back very easily and Hollands are replacing them with a larger pair. Very easy, thank you Hollands.”

“Loved my Cotswold long wellies so much that I also bought them in different colours for my Mum and daughter. Great fit - if you are half size then definitely go up, not down - and nice fitted in the leg to avoid mud being splashed back in. Hollands have been great in terms of communication and delivery - all in all, a great experience!”

“Although I have had to return my order, it was a fitting issue, garment quality and delivery time were both excellent. However, the returns carrier, Evri, have delivered my return to a completely unconnected address and I have had to contact the occupier to post my parcel back to me. It’s only luck that this person was helpful and honest, otherwise I’d have lost my return for good. Has taken several days to sort this out, to the point that I can at least get my item back before I have to go through the procedure again. Regretfully, I could not order from Hollands again if they continue to use this carrier”
