“The wellingtons had a small flaw on the rubber , so sent back for a refund ,wich was made the same day they received wellingtons back cheers ,my custom will continue with Hollands”

“Got Wellington boots that were a little too big for me when I tried them on. The returns/replacement process is online and very slick. No need to buy another pair and wait for refund, all covered in the same process. Print your label, pop off at the post office and replacement sent out when originals received back at Hollands. All good.”
