“What a joke! £5 delivery cost, than because the item didn't have a weight on the site and it turned out to be heavier than expected I got charged £9 to return it! Total cost to me £14 for nothing! Never ordering from this company again!”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you have not had a positive experience. We receive our item speciation's from the brand and all the information they provide is included. Unfortunately the weight of the garments isn't always included within their key features. Our returns policy confirms that a £4 return fee will be deducted from your order if our returns label is used, the initial postage is the cost to send this out so that does also remain on the order. As a gesture of goodwill on this occasion, I have refunded the £4 returns fee, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. Kind regards, Hollands

“The cardigan arrived in the USA in less than 10 days, and is very nice. Sizing was a bit of a guess, simply because I couldn't try it on beforehand. I had looked at this sweater for a long time at various European vendors, and finally ordered when Hollands had it for the best price I had seen. Unfortunately, the Deerhunter line is not regularly carried by anyone here, so purchasing from overseas was the only option. I was disappointed to find the "Made in China" label, as I didn't see the country of origin listed on Deerhunter's or Hollands' web sites (I was hoping it was made in Europe).”

“Lovely cardigan, very soft and cosy. Had to return the first one delivered as too big. Ordered a large as size guide said size 12 but much too big. Swapped for a medium. Return process easy and prompt. Would use Hollands again.”
