“Bought the fillet, sizing is a little small but I did go by the measurements and got an XL which fitted a size 14/16 top. Daughter was very pleased and has gone off to agricultural college happy.”

“Slightly slower to dispatch than I had expected. Orderd on Friday, I emailed to check progress on Tuesday and the reply rightly pointed out the dispatch stated at the time of ordering was 1 - 2 working days. I do however consider my query to have been made on the 3rd working day! Later that day an email arrived saying my order had been dispatched. Royal mail were unable to offer any information, saying check tomorrow, which means the parcel was not in their possession (as in not yet dispatched!). Next day I was able to get information and the parcel duly arrived by tracked delivery. Otherwise I am happy with Hollands and this small hiccup will not stop me buying from them again - I just know to allow a little extra time.”

“I am very happy with my product but very disappointed in the delivery,it was a birthday present but unfortunately my order was delayed so it resulted in waiting 2 weeks for delivery so late for a birthday treat”

“This company offers a great selection of goods at competitive prices. The caveat to this is that the delivery/ turn around times are excessive even if you're paying for delivery rather than qualifying for "free" delivery. Our return has been an easy transaction so far, currently awaiting delivery of exchanged item.”

“Lovely cardigan, very soft and cosy. Had to return the first one delivered as too big. Ordered a large as size guide said size 12 but much too big. Swapped for a medium. Return process easy and prompt. Would use Hollands again.”
