“I believe this to be a fledgling family concern who I believe we should supporting small business, who obtain their stock from the larger country clothing clothing, quality therefore good, service personal when necessary to speak with them. Due to Christmas period, returns and delivery of replacements took some time. Nevertheless a pleasant company to deal with.”

“Purchased a jacket costing just under £200 and received it stuffed into a grey plastic mailing bag. It was bought as a special Christmas gift, and having paid that much for it, I expected it to arrive at the very least in a protective brown cardboard box ready for gift wrapping or even just for presentation purposes, but more than anything else for safety in the post! Thankfully, the mailing bag arrived undamaged, but I feel it was really poor service on the part of Hollands to send such an expensive product through the post like that. I shan't be using them again.”

All of our items are sent in the packaging that the garments come in as this is the packaging that has been selected and sent by the brand themselves for the garments. Unfortunately we don't have any plain boxes in order to re-package the garments in. However in special circumstances, we can always ask if there is anything that we can arrange. “I had to replace a pair of waterproof dog walking boots. Hollands had what I wanted, great description, and the fit was spot on. Delivery was very fast, and well packaged. I'll buy from Hollands again.”
