“Lots of choice and great service. Wish I'd bought my items sooner! I walk to work and was getting fed up with arriving soaked! I ordered Lighthouse Outback Full Length Ladies Waterproof Raincoat and Mac In A Sac Origin Packable Waterproof Overtrousers and they work an absolute treat - kept me completely dry and warm. I ordered the coat in a size up than usual to allow for bulky jumpers and it's just right.”

“I purchased the Ridgeline trousers as a Christmas present , unfortunately they were the wrong size so had to return. This I did with no problem at all, very easy . Within a short time the trousers were replaced and all with no trouble at all, great . Trousers are brilliant and have been put to the test with all the bad weather that we’ve had . Good service and good product.”

“First time customer. Ordered a few items and paid for tracked delivery(1 - 2 days). After a week still no delivery. Contacted Hollands to be told one of my items was not in stock. They were waiting on delivery of a consignment and don't send out part orders. It would have been good customer service to have sent a quick email out of courtesy. However, a couple of days later I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. The following day it arrived. Very happy with the items I purchased unfortunately the customer service let down my first experience with the company. Would I purchase from them again?? YES I believe I will.”
