“Customer service good, quality of item poor, zip non-functional, returned for replacement, finally returned for refund, got refund minus nearly £10 for postage because they said the items weren’t faulty. They were faulty. I won’t be shopping here again.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you haven't had a good experience with us. We are always more than happy to offer a free return and full refund where faulty items are concerned. However the jackets that you returned weren't found to be faulty. The first jacket you returned the Warehouse found the zip to be working as it should. This is quite common with returns on two way zips, we often find faults reported with them do turn out to be working correctly. I can see my colleague let you know when we received your jacket that there was no fault found on the jacket so if a replacement was issued, the zip system would be the same, she also offered a refund as an alternative option. You opted for a replacement which of course was totally fine and we posted that out to you free of charge. The second jacket that you have returned has also not been deemed as faulty, the zip has been checked again by the Warehouse and they have confirmed it was operating as it should. Unfortunately as neither jacket was faulty and we did let you know prior to shipping the replacement that the zip would be the same, we are not able to offer a free return on this item. As this is the case a £4 return fee has been deducted from the cost of goods, and the original postage has been left on the order. I apologise if this is not the outcome you desired.
