“I ordered a size 12 coat which was a little tight with a jumper etc underneath so returned it for a size 14. I am now awaiting this new size. I am looking forward to receiving my new coat. ☺️”

“Never had an issue before but this time i had to return an item as it didnt fit.. couldnt exchange as the next size wasnt available . Only got a partial refund as £10 was knocked off for postage so dont think that is very good customer service, as made me question ordering in future”

“I have used hollands country clothings before and the service was good. When i ordered this top i paid for 2 day delivery , i dont think the website was clear that is would take 3-6 for the top to arrive with them and then it would be 2 days to arrive with me. So i was disapointed this time with the long shipping time.”
