“I placed an order mid December and am still waiting (it's late March). The company kept telling me my order would ship "next week". But then stopped responding when I requested to cancel my order or parts of my order.
I left a similar review on trust pilot that they flagged as harmful or illegal.”
“Do NOT order from this site! There are plenty of other color changing raincoats for half the cost. I place an order and items were expected to be instock end of Nov. November came and went, reached out to the company in December, was told "they should be shipping out by end of week", still nothing reached back out to the seller to ask for a refund, it is nearly the end of January and still nothing.”
“Waited for item to be restocked. Ordered as soon as notified that it was back in stock. My credit card was charged. This was 4 months ago. I have never received the item and my emails are going unanswered. I am very disappointed and would not advise doing business with Holly and Beau.”
