“I was nervous at first but the customer support explained it all very simply and quickly.
It certainly has made a big difference to the hoovering routine. I actually have a cleaner house because I just have to press the button, empty a tank or two beforehand, and off it goes!

The after sales care was excellent too…small problem with Dottie but no quibble or issue from the company - they arranged courier to collect and replace with another one.
