“Arrived quickly. Seem authentic. Would have been nice to have arrived in their original box rather than just lots of the individual packets of strips. Assume that’s because the company buy these by the freight load and just pass out the amount requested by customers.”

“I usually buy my teeth whiteners at dentist. Don't be tricked into buying them here - they are not good. It's worth paying a bit extra for a good source. Home Teeth Whitening refused to let me return unopened boxes. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE!! Be careful.”

Dear Beverley, I can see you received your full order, unfortunately we do not accept returns on teeth whitening gels for a number of reasons. The main one being we do not resell items that are returned that can be tampered with for the security of our other customers. This is in our terms and conditions which you agreed to upon checking out. I am unsure what the problem is however, you have ordered 2 gels which have arrived to you in perfect condition?

“Genuine product, fast delivery to Northern Ireland. Usually use the carbamide peroxide so was worried the hydrogen peroxide would make my teeth sensitive but not case at all. Will definitely buy again. Very happy with product and service.”

Dear Emma, If the gels have burnt your gums they are not faulty, they work but have been applied incorrectly. Gel should never come into contact with your gums. Please contact support@hometeethwhitening.i
