“It is easy to use and I followed the instructions perfectly. Unfortunately I did not get a pleasing result. My teeth moulds fit well and I could feel the product tingling but afterwards there was no noticeable change in my teeth's appearance. I'm 73 , still working part time but wrinkly and looking ancient. I hoped whiter teeth would give me a much needed sparkle, not Hollywood white, just a bit of a boost. Hey ho not to be.”

“I placed an order and was supposed to get it delivered within 5days . They did deliver it but not to me !!! The same road but a different number. I emailed several times explaining I had a notification that my parcel was delivered but a picture of someone else’s door . So contact HTW and they told me what number it was delivered too . I’ve tried calling knocking leaving a note stating please contact me my package was delivered there but they haven’t. So I’ve been told by the delivery company HTW used which is amazing delivery that apparently I didn’t put a door number on my address!? I think I did as they have delivered to me before but this is all wrong! I have lost out on my money no package and it all seems to be down to me to sort out the mess up from the delivery driver!!”

“My 2nd order and your returns are Not helpful and will not use you again !? I originally Ordered 2 packages (£123) of wrong strength 14% in error and you refused to exchange for 6% even though 1 package o f 14% had not been opened so had to order the 6% (another £63) as needed to do the whitening for a functional - will order elsewhere from now on 😡”

“The product is good for whitening but casued some gum pain, blistering which was very painful. I will wait a month before trying again with a smaller quantity”
