Dear Dean, We are sorry to hear you feel this way about your toothpaste. The tubes may not be the biggest but they contain hydrogen peroxide and are from the USA which is why they are more expensive than the shops in the UK. The hydrogen peroxide will whiten your teeth, the toothpastes in the UK will only remove surface stains which account for very little of teeth stains.

Dear Sarah, As previously advised, you had contacted Philips Zoom UK, we are not based in the UK and do not deal with Philips Zoom UK. The gum issue was down to incorrect application of your gels.

“I've recently just finished invisalign treatment, the teeth whitening kit my dentist gave me was useless & didn't work for me. I came across opalescence on YouTube, I decided to give it a try. The delivery was super fast & the product is amazing, it's been less than a week & I can already see a massive difference in the colour of my teeth. I would definitely recommend & will definitely buy more in future.”

“I placed my order and my money was taken 2 weeks ago. Having contacted customer service as my order hasn’t arrived I was informed that you admit you took my money but you do not know what my order was for. Had I not contacted you I am sure I would not have seen my money or order.”

“I mistakenly ordered two products and emailed to inform them of this before the order was despatched, I asked if they could cancel one product and refund the money. This email has still not been answered and I now have two products, one of which I do not need.”
