“This is dangerous. Within seconds of putting this on using my custom dentist fitted trays. It begins to cause chemical burns to the gums. There is no way this is safe or usable. This is pure peroxide”

Dear Ryan, 14% day gels are our strongest gels and only a small amount should be applied to the trays and should never come into contact with your gums. If the gel does go onto your gums please wipe it off with a tissue or cotton bud.

“Product arrived damaged with one syringe having leaked fluid all over the box. I didn’t touch the contents just connected customer service who refuse to refund insisting I must have caused the damage. Terrible product and customer service!”

“The ordering/payment/delivery is first class- but it is often difficult to get the syringe to work. The correct pressure to activate a syringe is not easy & often results in half the contents to spew out. An expensive waste & upon looking at other reviews, I’m not the only one to have this problem.”
