My initial reaction to the bra is that it gives great support and is very comfortable although by the end of the day I was feeling much like I always do. I think I may need to wear it on a tighter hook as the bottom did begin to fold under which is always a problem for me. “I not somebody that orders having seen a social media post but after reading all the reviews I did. I ordered the size recommended to be after putting my details in but it came and was too big around my body. The returns procedure was swift and extremely quick and within days I had the size down which fits much better. I agree with all the areas that the marketing say it helps and it certainly lives upto that. I love the smooth shape under tight tops that it makes and appreciate the non wired lift. For me it’ll never be the bra I reach for daily as I find the size of the band and straps and cups all too much compared to my smaller wired bras but I’m wearing it when a smooth finish is required. I can see if you were of a larger bust and used to wearing bigger bras this would be just as good but fit smaller busted ladies I find the sheer bulk so different. Still delighted I’ve bought it and love the support and lift and smoothness.”

I talk to many of women about a lot of private things and in the last year I have gone through breast cancer I’m mastectomy and a reconstruction on my breast so having said that I’ve had to give my old bras away because they no longer fit. “I bought my first HL bra, the Crossover and I like it. Lightweight and cool with good support. However the sizing is strange. My body measures at 36C. HL converted that to a LARGE in the Crossover style. There was no way I was ordering a LARGE as I am between a small and a medium in all my other clothing, tops, bras, etc.
I ordered a MEDIUM which fits good...ON THE TIGHTEST hook. A large would have been huge!
Oddly on the inside of the Crossover bra size medium, there is a statement that says "Fits 36B/36C best". So why would the online HL sizer recommend a LARGE?”
“I got the Tank Bodysuit. A great garment but not if you're tall. While I appreciate the adjustments in the crotch area, all that does when you put it on the longest adjustment is make it more "exposed" down there, which isn't comfy. It would have been much better suited to do the wide shoulder straps as adjustable. Adjust from the top, not the bottom. I'm 5'8", big boobs and 195lbs. It held everything well but wasn't comfy with the feeling of my nethers feeling exposed. On its regular setting (for lack of a better term) it gave very nice full coverage on the bottom that I was looking for.”

“I love the Crossover bra EXCEPT for the removable pads. They are so difficult to put back into place after washing the bra. I hope you would consider making a version with sewn in pads. For this reason, I can't give 5 stars.”
“I ordered a silhouette bra and answered the questions for best fit. I received an xl 38D, when I stated i was a 38B. It was recommended to size up on this one so I did. After receiving, I contacted customer service to make sure this bra was the correct size and they only sell small, medium, large, xl, etc.. Upon trying it on, it fit ok and I was told it would form and soften to my body. Although it is a very comfortable bra, after a couple of months of wearing, it seems to have stretched out and the cups are a bit big. I have ordered another tonight and the recommended size was a large 38B. I am a little upset that this wasn’t the case the first time. I would have ordered smaller to begin with. Between the recommendations and customer service, I chose to believe I was getting the right size. I love your bras and have now ordered 6, but I feel like I wasted my money on my first silhouette. Disappointed is all.”
“I can accept that stretching is inevitable, but there are two changes that I would really like to see in the tank tops. First, please add a bit of no-slip silicone to the top of the straps. That is one of the most obnoxious and consistent problems with these tanks. Secondly, the pads have way too much wiggle room in the cups of the tanks. I'll be going about my business, when suddenly I'm getting a little too much nipple stimulation. It gets worse as the tops age and stretch further, particularly just beneath the cup, because gravity is always going to win that battle. Maybe line the pads with a grippy material like microfiber so there's more friction and less sliding? As for the support, it started to fade around two months, and at one year, there's nothing remarkable about these tanks.”
