“I received my order of 2 baskets totally damaged. Not HS & L fault I’m sure. I took photos and notified them immediately asking for a refund and an address to return the damaged items to. Heard nothing, other than 3 text messages saying, “WOOHOO your order is on its way”. No one has had the courtesy to respond to my email. No customer service at all, would never purchase from them again. Customer service is paramount!”

“Totally disgusted with this company. My basket was delivered totally crushed! And unusable. I tried emailing them everyday, and nobody responded. They have no phone no. I expected a replacement or refund.!l sent photos of what l received.”

“Delivery took nearly a month, I contacted hs&l and courier multiple times. In the end the issue was that the courier had been given the wrong phone number. How can this happen when it was provided electronically?? Then in the end it was not even delivered to my house, I had to drive 20 km to meet courier on the side of the road. Absolutely disgusting service from all involved.”
