We used for 2 years and did a big stock count check and found out they’d lost over £180,000 of stock and wouldn’t take responsibility, pointed us to their contract which basically means they can do whatever they want and theirs no come back.

“Collaborating with Huboo has been an intensely frustrating ordeal; I strongly advise avoiding them and not being deceived by their empty promises and attractive prices.
Initially, my experience was excellent. Everyone appeared very friendly, quick to respond, and readily available by phone. I was even encouraged to leave a favourable review during the onboarding phase, which I willingly did because everything seemed impressive, and the service appeared outstanding (or so I thought). Therefore, if you encounter glowing reviews, it wouldn’t surprise me if they were written before any substantial service was actually delivered.
The problems started post-onboarding. I received information that directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. It seemed that the representatives either lacked knowledge and made false promises to secure our business or, at worst, were deliberately misleading. I'd prefer to think it was a lack of training rather than intentional deceit, but it’s unclear. In retrospect, instead of admitting their ignorance, they seemed to say whatever they thought would make us happy and encourage us to sign up.
The integration process was far more complicated than suggested, and we faced several issues that the Huboo tech team had to resolve. Although technical integrations can often be challenging, our expectation for a smoother experience was based on the fact that we use a common Shopify website with a straightforward product portfolio consisting of four items and 15 different SKUs.
Significant issues included:
- Huboo attempted to charge us extra for services they had initially stated were included—this happened on three separate occasions.
- They repeatedly packaged our goods incorrectly. Despite numerous complaints and assurances that notes had been updated, the problem persisted. We provided detailed instructions and images on how to apply a sticker properly. As a sustainable start-up, proper packaging is crucial for us. However, they seemed to ignore our custom packaging tape and stickers and instead used virgin plastic packaging, undermining our business principles.
- Orders were not fulfilled on time.
- Synchronisation issues with our Shopify store affected our accounts.
- They failed to follow 'internal protocols', leading to orders vanishing from our Huboo dashboard.
- Our point of contact stopped responding to emails and calls because they had left Huboo without notifying us.
Three months in, I am still grappling with understanding the actual internal processes, as most of the information provided before signing up and during onboarding was inaccurate.
What initially seemed like an exciting opportunity with Huboo has devolved into an excruciatingly time-consuming and energy-draining experience.”

I encountered significant fulfillmentfrustrations while attempting to address various issues, including:
1. Loss of substantial amounts of stock shipped to their warehouse.
2. Unilateral increases in prices previously agreed upon in the contract.
3. Erratic billing, with incorrect or inconsistent invoices.
4. Poor shipment tracking, with tracking information often unavailable or malfunctioning despite the use of tracked services.
5. Accumulation of unresolved support tickets, with few issues effectively addressed.
6. Continued shipment of incorrect items despite repeated requests for corrective action.
I strongly advise against entrusting your fulfillment requirements to Huboo. Instead, invest your time, money, and business trust in a reputable company. Honest reviews of Huboo's performance are readily available online, and they paint a telling picture.”
“Their EU online portal is useless. Orders, stock and inventory do not sync up. They will not book in stock. You cannot see a clear picture of what you have. They use random P numbers so your inventory never syncs with what you have in your store. I have lost months of salaries in a repeatable black hole of doom of three people full time manually updating and syncing and following steps for it to revert back to broken. I get passed around their team members, then ghosted. I tried the UK helpdesk and that's not worked. We have orders from 8 months ago sat that they will not match up and I'm too scared to send any more stock as it will just get lost like all the rest, or the package returned as all stock sent would be sent back even when paperwork and DDP was done. All the time and investment cost hundreds of thousands and the people whose EU orders became trapped in the Brexit customs saga were messed around even more, it's ruined the experience of so many of our clients the damage to reputation is unquantifiable, and the losses to remove, remake and resend from another site is astronomical. It's been an awful experience and a complete black hole. Unless you have one or two SKUs they cannot cope. I still have hundreds of orders stuck with them and the stock for 8 months. I've had no meaningful action, and they took 4 months to find the palette delivery of the stock, which is still not checked in or assigned. I cannot quantify the losses but it's in the hundreds of thousands from the associated fall out.”
“Hi, I have been using their services for almost 2 years. I couldn't get any reliable response from the customer support team. They reply and close the cases very quickly but the issues are not sorted most of times. Rather than most common delivery issues, I want to let you know about their storage fees and their billing on these services. I had a right run-in with them about one of my storage bills. They claimed I had 15 pallets stored with 'em, but I haven't sent more than 10 pallets their depot in the past 2 years. Upon my calculation, we have maximum 4 pallets and the 2 of them were delivered in July and Aug 2023. They say they don't charge for the first 2 months, so they should only be charging me for the rest. When I ask for some photos of my pallets, they couldn't deliver. When I want to schedule a warehouse visit, they told me it could be available after their consolidation of my pallets. There is no evidence or proof of the volume of your stored items. And to top it all off, they charged me a storage fee that's so high, it's hard to believe! It might be ok, if we can discuss fairly. This is why I want to mention this case on Trustpilot. There is no doubt, think twice and talk with the people currently work with them.”
“We've been using Huboo for well over a year now and have had no issues at all, in fact they've been really easy to work with and helped us during busy periods with our orders. Dashboard easy to use too”
“Do not use this company they will destroy your business, we used them for over a year they lost over £6000 worth of goods and did nothing to reimburse these losses they will direct you to the carrier who will then redirect you to them you will go around in circles. The staff lie all the time and leave on a monthly basis, We went through 5 hub managers and 3 CSA agents, after months of fighting and them trying to get out of reimbursing us for losses by saying the staff member has left and they cant find the ticket agreeing to cover losses they finally did and then asked for a unreasonable amount of information to prove the cost of items lost in the meantime they off boarded our stock so no orders were fulfilled for 2 weeks so no customers received items. They delayed our move to another 3PL I believe out of spite they are very unprofessional, untrustworthy and generally just a mess, so if you want lies, losses, customer complaints, returns lost/stolen use Huboo. We are happy we didn't loose more then we have and we can now recoup our losses working with a professional 3PL, Huboo is cheap and so is their service/attitude. Don't be scammed by them.”
