“There was a rogue driver who smashed into my kart and staff did nothing about it. Allowing him to continue driving recklessly. The safety briefing was poorly delivered. In addition one of the elevators was broken. To compound the situation, I received an email from Hyper Karting, essentially saying that I lied about the incident and that I wasn't hit by the reckless driver. Other members in my group saw the it happened.”

“Was booking online for 2 races for 5 people. I pressed PAY NOW for a message to appear that it needed more information- which it didn’t. As I scrolled up- I saw the price had changed in the middle of paying and they had added on an extra $100 to the original payment price!!! So unscrupulous I will never give my money to this place for being so sneaky. They thought I was just going to press pay now again! When I called up the admin said they reserve to change the price at any time- I was in the middle of paying!!!! You can’t do that!!!”

“we had a lot of fun the karts are well kept and the track is fun with a nice straight as well as many fun corners, orientation was short and succinct. My only complaint is that on our second go the new people introduced to the track were not letting us overtake which caused a lot of sudden stops, and bumps, as well as a build-up of back-to-back karts, was very hard to improve lap times in those conditions”

“Took me a couple laps to realise my foot was slightly resting on the brake but after that it was an absolute blast. Empty tracks are a blessing inshallah, dropped a 39.4 on a busy track and need a priv session so get back to me yeah!? Will be coming back very soon.”

“Very poor experience. 16 carts on the track at once and there was a lot of crashing which ended with a minor accident. It's an amazing track, but too bad the management is poor and not strict for strangers who bully newbies. A lot of cursing on the track which is not a memorable experience. Carts are not serviced. I was pulled out of the race and my cart was replaced due to which I lost 5 minutes of my 15-minute race. Not at all worth the money.”

“Went as a group of 4 (2 male & 2 female) on 12/02/2023, session #44. Not family-friendly at all. We got called out and were verbally harassed by another player for being "too slow" despite the fact we followed the give-way rule. One of us quit the race in the first 5 min due to physical and verbal harassment. Staff didn't seem to care and no "promised" follow-ups as mentioned by the manager when we bring this matter up after our horrible experience.”

“I thought that it was overpriced, to be honest for a family of 4. However, we decided to take the kids as a treat and we all had an amazing time - the 15 mins didn't go as quickly as I thought it would have. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was due to the helmets not being cleaned between use. I think there should be a process to clean the helmets before they are worn again. Kids were trying on about 10 helmets before getting the one they wanted and then when we finished they were simply put back on the stand again :(”

“What an awesome experience! All the staff were friendly and informative. Go karts were wicked. Super fast and the best electric kart I've ever used. Made me miss racing Go karts competitively. Highly recommend and would go again.”

“The track feels quite cramped, very difficult to keep any good speed without feeling like I'm gonna break the car. otherwise my car felt very bumpy and nowhere near as quick as other cars around me. The workers were lovely and very understanding of a poor experience due to other dangerous drivers.”
