“The integration/set-up is quite straightforward and easy with instructions provided along the way. Customer service is always happy to help promptly. We enjoy the personal attention we receive from our manager. Communication with the manager is great who then communicates with other teams and they always get the task done quickly. Reporting is provided on a monthly basis which is always discussed with attention to detail by our manager. We have noticed a good steady ROI since the beginning of our partnership with iConvert. Overall we are really happy with our experience with iConvert.”
