“I ordered a yellow Jirachi Wish Maker neon sign for my girlfriend for her birthday. However when she opened it on her birthday, it was blue and white, not yellow. Illusion Neon was completely unreachable by phone and they only replied to my third email. They did nothing to try and help with the issue, insisting that I ordered a blue and white Jirachi and that I check my confirmation email. Not only does the confirmation email say nothing about color, I have screen shots from their website showing I ordered a yellow sign. My issue is unresolved and they have stopped responding to me.”
