“Bought 28m2 of engineered oak from Interio and the product arrived on-time and in perfect condition. The flooring was incredibly easy to fit with the Loc system the product came with. All questions were answered incredibly well. Looking forward to dealing with them later in the year when we want to renovate an extra room in the house.”

“Brilliant Service! After trying 3 other flooring companies to replace our living room flooring with nobody would come and visit us for a quote, I visited the interio showroom in consett to look for some help. They had someone on site 4 days later installing the flooring. The flooring looks amazing, the installers very polite and tidy. I will return to interio flooring later in the year to complete my kitchen flooring.”

“Very impressive Order to Delivery time frame, and good prices! These alone for me will see me visiting your online store again.However like with many supply chains there is risk of damage. A couple of our packs of flooring arrived containing a little damage. After installation of the majority of the flooring we were a couple of planks short to complete the job from the damaged boards. Interio were able to get us a pack of material sent out to us and it arrived the next day. Brilliant customer service levels.”

“Interio Flooring are a great company to buy flooring from. The technical knowledge offered on engineered wood flooring is incredible ensuring we made the right choice on our flooring. From their sampling service to checking on us after we had installed the floor you get a very personalised customer service experience. I Will be using again in the future”

“Ordering from Interio Flooring was overall a good experience. Goods where delivered the day I requested and all goods arrived in good condition. I had to call to be advised of an ETA of the delivery, i would have preferred this to have been an automated process or for a member of there team to have emailed to advise. I would buy from them again.”

“I had recently been renovating 2 of my rental properties and needed some laminate flooring for both of them. I ordered the 12mm Livorno Oak. The product is very nice and installation went together really smoothly. Only negative was that i couldn't chose a timed delivery slot, however both deliveries arrived the day that i had requested. Will be using again for the next lot of properties i refurbish.”

“I order a sample from interio which arrived after 48 hours. Speaking to customer services they kindly talked me through a product, their knowledge in fantastic. Placed the floor and it was delivered two days later. cannot fault”
