“I have been a personal customer for IT 4 Home for quite a few years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful and polite - even when giving advice over the 'phone to a computer illiterate like me! They have even gone out of their way to help when I purchased a new laptop and wanted all the data from my old laptop transferring over and my new laptop setting up. They were brill! I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Great service.”

“Very pleased with IT 4 HOME.AFter being dismissed by a previous PC repairer and told to buy new laptop,IT4 HOME found out the problem,it was just my charger lead not working,plus they also updated my laptop and fitted extra data facility.Saving me many hundreds more”

“The advice I had from this company was misleading. Having been told that my pc would be unable to cope with an upgrade of software to Windows 10 and advised to buy a new pc, I was also offered a 'care package' to maintain 'all my IT devices for around”

“I am anxious around anything to do with computers, But Tom from IT 4 was very patient and explained everything I needed to do in order for him to help me. His efficient and positive approach gave me confidence and I felt supported throughout the process . I would highly recommend IT 4 Home, as I had a very positive experience.”

“The staff were very helpful and engaging, and immediately diagnosed the problem with my laptop. As a small business without a dedicated IT team, it is enormously comforting to know that I have access to IT experts whenever I have an issue. The only reason I have not given five stars is that there was a small issue processing my monthly charge, but that was quickly resolved.”
