Got an apology, but a refund of the postage would have been the kind of thing that ensures future customers.

I am very pleased with aspects of my orders this year,e.g. delivery and packaging. Unfortunately some of the seeds I ordered are out of date e.g. Expired 2024. I have emailed the company, asking for a refund and return label but received no email response after two weeks.

Failed to deliver my item next day despite their advertising to order before 2pm for next day delivery and paying extra for same. Item took 3 days to arrive so substantially late for a birthday gift. Had trouble with website so ordered by phone with a person whose customer service skills were lacking . I have lodged a complaint re the delivery and received a prompt apology and refund of postage

Not received my delivery in full. Have sent an email no response, sent a Facebook message no response. Will now try and claim partial refund from PayPal. Disgusting customer service

I have for a long time used JB to supply my seed potatos. I get my order in and a good quality product arrives. This year however the great service did not pull through 100%. In spite of ordering In NOV '23 only two out of three items arrived, in late March, with label against the other on the invoice stating "none". A refund was provided but this due to the timescales I feelbthis to be rather unsatisfactory.

Wrong items sent, contacted 9am the next day to advise. They managed to arrange a courier to collect their items that we recieved in error for the next day but didn't send out our actual order again meaning we would have to wait over the long bank holiday for our item. We asked for a refund and went else where as we found this as bad customer service
