I am disappointed with my Cara main crop which I store. Many have brown rings in the flesh .My other varieties are fine. I think the disease is Spraing? Is Cara susceptible?

I have purchased 2 bags of top soil through Amazon which I can’t return as I opened the bags trusting all the excellent reviews only to find soaking wet clay like clumps of soil with weeds and grass. I can’t believe I paid £34 for this. I feel ripped off , angry and completely mis-lead by the pictures on your site of your ‘high quality’ ??? top soil. I have pictures to prove it . Why has this happened ? Can I have a refund?
