“I transferred a number of cases to them in 2021 as part of a broking agreement. The burgundies all sold quite quickly. Left was two cases of 2005 Yalumba Signature and one case of Cote Rotie Barge 2011. As I did not hear anything from them, I followed up in 2023. After a number of calls and emails to which I did not receive a reply, I became concerned and asked for my cases in early April to be returned to me. After further emails, Gus replied late May and arranged for the return of the wines. One case of the Yalumba however was missing. They do not reply to my emails or telephone calls when I am trying to follow this up. I have since tried a bottle of each of the Yalumba and the Cote Rotie and both were off.
Something has drastically gone wrong here which I believe they are trying to hide. As a recommendation never leave a case with them over a long period and monitor them closely.”
