Ordered £70 worth of kitchen utility items. Thought being a premium product the service would match. I decided instead of buying through a third party to go direct on their website. I paid and purchased extra ‘express delivery’ meaning next working day delivery. 6 days later no sign of the products. For the last 3 days I have been trying to speak to Joseph and Joseph to resolve as the carrier details shows they don’t have the package. The company does not have a public phone line, I have now emailed thier info adress 3 times with no response over the 3 days. Took to instagram and direct messaged them and did get a response but no resolution. The company has horrendous service and the lack of customer support makes me realise if I actually receive the products and there is a fault/ problem they won’t be able to support. For a high end british design company I would have hoped better. If you just buy their products better to do it through a 3rd party supplier not direct like John Lewis as at least you will get customer support. Can’t comment on the products as never received any.

Shocking service. Item ordered and never delivered. No response to emails. Customer service telephone line does not accept incoming calls.

I bought a lovely dish drainer from Joseph Joseph. But when a tiny plastic component broke I wrote to them and asked for a replacement. They said they didn't supply replacement parts, so now a £70 product will go in the bin because they can't get a replacement part costing probably £1 to me. Poor customer service and terrible from an environmental perspective. Best avoid this company.

This company keeps sending me packages to my address for a Mina LaGrange. I've already sent in three emails to their customer service department and have never gotten a response. The customer service department is failing miserably by not correcting that person's address.

I ordered four items on 12 Jan. Only received one of them (and three items belonging to somebody else). Chased up on 25 Jan as hadn't heard anything. 1st Feb, still no response. Tried calling and their number 'isn't accepting incoming calls'. Their products are good, but customer service is shocking. You've been warned!

Goods delivered to wrong address. Joseph Joseph refuse to answer any of my 5r emails or give a credit. Totally untrustworthy company.

Please be careful with this company. I ordered an item weeks ago which the carrier sent back to joseph and joseph as I wasn't at home. I have checked with carrier who confirmed joseph and joseph had the item back on 21st November. I have never had a refund despite emails and there isn't a customer service number either which is really poor but I guess it's so they don't have to deal with any issues, but it's so wrong of them to not give my money back or at least send out another knife set.

I purchased three items from Joseph Joseph which I received on 23 November 2023. The products are of great quality and design. But the ironing board's handle is faulty which means I cannot hang it on the wall. I wrote to customer services on the same day to ask for a replacement handle. It's December 8th and I still haven't heard anything from them. Having read other reviews I'm now convinced I will have to take my complaint further with my bank. Don't buy from them directly. Go to a shop and make sure you can see the product is not faulty.

No refund after a month! Sent an item I paid £170 back costing a massive £16 to return. Confirmed delivery from Parcel force but cannot get hold of anyone! Tried every method possible! Will be taking further!

Customer service is non existent. I have returned a damaged item that has been signed for and I have been trying to get in touch via email and telephone (which is temporarily out of service throughout the duration of January 2023) and have not received one reply. I will be taking this further as stealing customers money is illegal - right?
