“No refund after a month! Sent an item I paid £170 back costing a massive £16 to return. Confirmed delivery from Parcel force but cannot get hold of anyone! Tried every method possible! Will be taking further!”
“Customer service is non existent. I have returned a damaged item that has been signed for and I have been trying to get in touch via email and telephone (which is temporarily out of service throughout the duration of January 2023) and have not received one reply. I will be taking this further as stealing customers money is illegal - right?”
