The delay you have experienced is likely down to the strike action by Royal Mail which is outside of our control. “Product is very good but delivery/company seems very poor and lazy. Paid for next day delivery within the stated time frame and turns up 2 days later as they clearly couldn't be bothered to make it down to Royal Mail in time but happy to take the fee - I contacted them directly for a refund on the £5 next day delivery but I've just been ignored unfortunately. I'll just buy the product from one of the many other re-sellers from now on and I'd recommend you doing the same.”
