Hi Ben, Thank you for leaving the review, I am sorry to see you're unhappy. Having looked at your tracking number that we provided, your order has been held at your delivery office since 31st July. I would recommend reaching out to them to find out why this has happened so that you can organise delivery Regards JJ Team

“Opened my package to find 3 free of charge e liquids which I never asked for, and the item I actually ordered - Aspire Riil, not to be seen! The receipt inside said it had been packed so no idea why they haven’t put it inside. Spoke to customer service who agreed they forgot to put it in, he explained he would send me tracking and will be with me tomorrow. Not received anything. Starting to think this could all be a con!”

“Recieved the wrong items and one juice missing. Customer servce was np help. Shame as the juices are nice but wont be ordering fron this site again”
