The litter box does not remove anything from the tray it all just gets stuck to the mental bars.

Hi Elizabeth we are really sorry for the delay taken via Aus Post. Yes our products are shipped from our warehouse or where it permits you can click & collect from a local store (if there is one close to you). Thanks for your feedback.
Hi Christine, we're sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected. It appears that it only took 2 days to arrive but was then taken to your post office for collection, we've found sometimes the parcel post doesn't leave a card which is incredibly annoying. We hope your dog is now enjoying his pet loo.

“I was shocked how much shipping i needed to pay, for a small plastic bottle of pills. Upon arriving i realized why this was, the small bottle came in a box, which would have fitted easily 50 of those bottles. What a waste, I will never buy again from you guys !!”
Hi Jeanette, We are really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the shipping costs. We only charge what we are charged via Australia Post ($8.75) and the bottle of wormer you purchased needed to be packed in a box securely, for the weight of items under 500g the postage charges are the same no matter the size of the carton or satchel. All our boxes are recycled from other orders that are received into our warehouse.
We do take your feedback on board and we will speak to our staff to ensure that suitably sized boxes are used in the future.
We do offer FREE Shipping for orders placed over $79 and under 20kg.
