NEVER BUY FROM KAZU I purchased a electric bike for my sons 9th birthday, it fell onto a piece of wood & broke handlebars after his 3rd ride owned for 3 days still been waiting nearly a yr for replacement which they have advised would be delivered multiple times , they are now saying it’s still out of stock & refuse to replace or give a refund they say they will call u back & dont . The metal is so weak it would break on just lying bike down

If there was less than 1 star, I'd be selecting that. I purchased the “Renegade” Brushless Shaft Driven 1060W 48V Electric Ride-On ATV -Quad Bike -3EB- Blue for my son's Christmas present. It stopped working within 2 hours of use. I contacted customer service who were closed for an almost 2 month period. They asked me to conduct troubleshooting, which we did, but we knew that the issue was a faulty control panel. I was the one that had to continuously chase them up to get and answer, but still all I got was that they were waiting for their consultant to come back to them. We ended up buying another control panel and sorted the issue ourselves - because otherwise we may have had to send it back to the warehouse at our own cost READ THE FINE PRINT. I've asked to be reimbursed for this item and they have refused

I have contacted Kayzo toys several times emailed them twice received an email stating that they have escalated it to their manager. I bought this item back in October. It got delivered in a broken box. I sent photos and videos of how it arrived. I was waiting to hear back from the manager to find out what I needed to do as I didn’t want to open the box any more and was hoping to send it back for a replacement or something with weeks of trying to get in touch with them this place is absolutely useless. Have just opened the box to put together for a child’s Christmas present tomorrow and it has a missing front tire. Absolutely shattered and waste of money now I have a child who has obviously seen the box sitting in our house thinking that is what he was getting. I need to open it to try to put it together and has missing parts this will be taken further and I will be showing all the emails and attempt to contact through phone calls.

I would not ever deal with this company again. We purchased a ride on bulldozer for a nephew on 24 November 2025 and it was meant to be delivered in a week. We paid $500 and it’s now 19 December and we still haven’t received anything. I have sent numerous amounts of emails and correspondence to KAZO TOYS and at first, they were writing back and saying that they were going to check with the delivery company and get back to me but lately they’re not responding to my emails. This is very frustrating as this was a gift for a five-year-old for 28 November. Now it’s almost Christmas and we were hoping that we could at least give it to this child for Christmas, but unfortunately, it looks like we’re never gonna receive this ride on bulldozer. I would not deal with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone as we feel we’ve been robbed of our $500 and have not received our purchase as yet

For starters I have never even received my item The shipping company they use has charged an absurd amount I have been waiting at home for three days straight expecting a delivery that says it will be delivered each morning. Yet. Am at the end of the week. And still getting stuffed around by the delivery service. They make you use team global express. With the highest rate for delivery. Which is a lot more than regular Australia yet the item has not even been delivered

We bought two vehicle. Tractor 700 dollars and Toyota hilux 600. The tractor was given to my grandchild at Xmas and lasted 4 days then just stopped. We could not contact the company and after many calls and emails they responded. Said the would send a new modulator. It didn't arrive and now we cannot contact them again. I would not buy from this company again. Toys look good but are rubbish

I purchased a 12v ride on forklift for Christmas. Assembled it and it doesn’t go forward or backward. I had messaged kazo to help fix this, the last I heard back they were to send a replacement switch to enable it to work. It’s now March, my child still hasn’t gotten to use it and I’m still following up without any replies to my messages. I’m extremely disappointed at the money spent and my child not getting a working Christmas gift.
