I have been trying to reach someone at KDP regarding my book. Huge turnover and multiple people gone. No way to contact them. Website gone. Phone numbers disconnected. Emails disabled, etc. Does anyone know if this company was legit in the first place? I called Amazon and they said I was scammed. This company is not an affiliate of Amazon.
