The Keevo Model 1 is nothing short of impressive. It feels very well built and the design is just beautiful. It is entirely designed and made in California. The interface on both the software and the hardware are very straightforward and make the process of setting up a wallet easy even for less experienced users. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my device where the unit would not be able to communicate with the carbon key after engraving it. But Keevo's customer service really excelled. They sent me a replacement device through DHL express, which arrived three days later. It was very reassuring when the new device was actually able to restore the wallet from the carbon key. So this innovative technology really works as intended. In the meantime, the Keevo team is there with open ears listening to your feedback and ready to help whenever something goes wrong. This is a quality company in every regard. I would always buy a KEEVO again.

Best hardware wallet with best team behind it.

Have not had the need to reach out to customer service yet. Price was worth the investment. Delivery was on time and quick. No return or refund request as of yet don’t anticipate that need.

I’ve used other cold storage wallets in the past. None of them comes close to the Keevo model 1. Just from unboxing the device, you instantly see how superior it is to other devices. Very well crafted with high quality materials. Doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy in your hand. Very easy and straightforward to use. I really love the fact that they offer an insurance option, to replace the device if lost or stolen. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone who is serious about their digital assets.

This device is the best product for cold storage for your cryptocurrency. Nothing can hack it and it allows more security features that makes it convenient to open and store and exit without any issues. I reccomend keevo to anybody who is a beginner and doesn't know anything about hodling your cryptocurrency into a safer safe.
