The rate at which crypto scams are executed online is becoming very alarming. I had a personal firsthand experience after I had given my iPhone to a phone technician to help in fixing the phone speaker issues. I handed the phone over to him unknowingly that I had my 12 seed recovery phrase saved on my Notes app. After he was done with the fixing, he notified me and I came over to his workshop to pick up my phone, still unknown to me that he had secretly stolen the 12 seed recovery phrase but had not yet transferred out my bitcoin. Not until a week later, I heard a notification sound on my phone, and behold it was a push notification from my TrustWallet app notifying me that the bitcoin send operation was successful. I was confused because I didn't perform any bitcoin send operation. After some deep thinking, I later traced that it could only be the phone technician that had access to my phone and the recovery phrase. He denied this, stating he did not know the whereabouts of my bitcoin. So quickly I called a male friend from my work office and he give me the contact to someone he referred to as a professional crypto recovery agent called RecoveryHacker101. I got in contact with him and provided all details he requested. It took him 4 days and my funds were transferred directly to my wallet. I then paid him the recovery fee and that was it. I honestly don't know what would have been the outcome if I had not met with recoveryhacker101. I boldly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a way to recover back their crypto assets. You can get in touch with him via email at recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com.

Do not use!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This company needs to be closed down. Charged over £1000 for a small job! We have been absolutely ripped off but had no option but to pay. Do not use. I will be taking my issue to trading standards but please take advice and avoid at all costs

Nothing about this company is good. Lies, lies, lies. Prices out of this world. Basic lock change (cheapest lock) cost £240. Never again

I called them 3 times, each time they said they had passed on my details to a locksmith who would call me. After 40 minutes, eventually I did get a call from a man called Tony. Tony was very rude and also tried to push the quote up for 4 times the price that was suggested on the website, for an extremely simple local job. After asking him to breakdown the prices he hung up on me.

Exploitation at its worst. When inner door latch failed, the student tenants were charged £180 to enter the front door and then the same again for the inner door which was irreparably damaged when less drastic options were available. Not happy with that they were then charged a further £144 for a 2 minute job to replace the front door cylinder with a cheap (£10) alternative. My complaint and request to at least rectify the unsatisfactory replacement cylinder I was rudely refused noting that's what you get for that price.. really! Absolute rogues, I have worked with many locksmiths who have expertise, finesse and consideration. This company have none of that and can not be described as locksmiths.. Use at your peril

Said they would come in half an hour, took over an hour. Over the phone they said £60. Didn't attempt to open the door, just drilled it, charged me another £120. They then wanted to charge me £250 to replace the lock. I lost my patience and said just leave it I don't want you to change the lock, these costs are ridiculous. I now don't have a lock there, just using the deadlock underneath. Paid £189plus VAT to have my lock destroyed. They also gave me a fake email address to send my complaint to.

I was quoted £50, and that the person will be at my place in 20 min. After waiting for almost an hour the job took about 5 minutes and I was charged £321,60. I tried to argue this charge and the guy told me about call charge and vat and all this was never discussed beforehand. I was on my own, late and I felt bullied to pay this amount. The invoice says one agreed on the price before job started which wasn’t true when I asked he said I need to sign it for payment to be processed. Very disappointing,

Arrived in a car not a van no signage . To gain access to home with key stuck in lock. Pretended to drill lock .but simply used a jemmy. Then stated 280 min for a lock When asked what type is it sold secure and proof of price . Declined. Then ended up charging the 80yr old occupant 630. For approx 45mins work . Reduced it to 570 after a compliant . Then still charged 630 Saying it was the boss that makes all the decisions. Told occupant to lie to her insurance company and say it was a defective lock. Then put a claim in

When i called I was quoted 100 - 150 as I was locked out of my house. When the 'locksmith' came he said he didn't know the door was closed he thought it was just a lock change? and it will be an extra 200 to actually open the door before he can replace the lock which I would still have to buy for 150. Equalling a total of 350. I refused and paid the £36 call out fee ( which I shouldn't have paid as I was misquoted ). I called a real locksmith called Chris with 'Am-pm locksmiths' and he did the job fast, efficiently and £200 cheaper than quoted previously.

charged 627 for a lock to be replaced, went to a local locksmith for extra key and was informed that the cost should have been around £200.

First the guy said that the total price is £189 for changing the lock and after the job was done, he wrote an invoice totaling to almost £400. After refusing to pay as we had a verbal agreement for a different price, the price dropped to £240 with VAT included. They will try to rip you off but always ask for the TOTAL price before the job starts and after it is finished do NOT pay amount that is higher than the price agreed. I have called their agency number and refused to pay over the phone!

The locksmith was aggressive and smelt of alcohol. I told him to leave. This company has so many genuine 1 star reviews - I am sure the 5 star reviews are fake.
