“This course is worth the time and money, especially for beginners. Some folks in the course with me had high income W2s and/or a rental income empires. I have neither! Modest W2 with one STR. Using what I learning in Amanda and Matt's course, my federal income tax liability is zero, so it paid for itself many many times over. I want to stress that this course is indeed useful for individuals with advanced tax situations, but if you are just starting out and your tax situation is relatively simple (like mine), this course is even more valuable to you. Several of the tax discussions and strategies in the course are concepts beyond my earning/investment level, but as I grow and reach that level, I'll have the resources of this course to scale the right way. It's unreal how much I learned. Do yourself a favor and start out with guidance from the experts. You don't know what you don't know!”

“I was hesitant to do the Tax Strategic Program, afraid it would be "over my head", but so glad that I did. Matt and Amanda were amazing and awesome! Modules, books, presentation they took out complication and made it easier to understand. Their Q&A sessions were very informative, answered all questions asked simply but detailed, opportunity to hear other attendee's questions not just your own. Matt & Amanda explained and taught how it works, to plan & prepare for the strategies, recording/documenting the tax strategies, and more all necessary to benefit on tax savings as a real estate investor. “Don’t Go It Alone, Take This! As real estate investor guppies fresh out of water, reading Matt & Amanda’s books & taking their tax planning courses have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air. Like many W2 employees, we’ve felt the pangs of the stock market dip and wanted to stop the bleeding so we can salvage what’s left of our nest egg so we can leave a legacy for our spawns. Finding Matt & Amanda was exactly what we needed at precisely the right time. They have a real knack for breaking down the most mundane topics known to humans and deliver it in fresh, hot, nicely cut, bite-sized pieces of gold goodness so that us mere-mortals can carry on with our lives and continue saving the world & our nest egg from dying a miserable death. Matt’s direct and easy-to-understand explanations coupled with Amanda’s sage-like advice about the importance of claiming depreciation & income-shifting as well as qualifications for doing cost-segregation analysis was mind-blowing! I don’t know how they’re able to make 6 weeks of material go by so quickly and still leave us curious for even more strategies & tactics, but they managed to do it with grace & patience.
